Recently, I got an email from Hope House telling me they were in desperate need of common toiletry items, including… you guessed it… toilet paper.
Hope House provides victims of domestic violence with shelter and comprehensive services. In our last toilet paper drive, we collected over 2,000 rolls of toilet paper. That’s about a two month supply of toilet paper for their two locations.
My good friend Earl at Fry-Wagner Moving and Storage has again offered to help me deliver the toilet paper to Hope House by donating a truck and movers to get the job done.
My goal is to collect 2,500 rolls of toilet paper for Hope House by October 15th. And I just ordered 480 rolls (6 cases) from Amazon.com.
Look at that sad, lonely stack of boxes. It’s hard to believe that they hold 480 rolls of toilet paper. I need a bunch more!
Current Donations (updated as we get them.)
9/17 480 rolls
9/18 960 rolls
9/23 1,664 rolls
10/3 1,964 rolls
10/7 2,200 rolls
10/11 2,540 rolls (Yay! Can always use more though…)
GOAL: 2,500

Here is the link to a case of toilet paper on Amazon.com.
Right now, a case of 80 rolls of toilet paper is selling for $45.99, but any brand and any number of rolls would really help!
I hope that together we can crush what we did last time. Let me know if you have any questions about how to partner with me to deliver a mountain of toilet paper to Hope House this year!
