Hello friends! Are you still shopping, wrapping, going to parties, and scheduling yourselves too thinly? If yes, then please watch my 5 minute video this week about HALT. (Thanks Rob Frazier for sharing this idea with me in our peer group!)

HALT stands for Hungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired.

Dealing with these feelings early will help you manage the holidays with less stress… and you will enjoy the journey even more as a result.

I’m not sure if I will be doing a video next week… so if I take a break, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! My wish for each of you is that this holiday season ends up being one of your favorites. A meaningful conversation with a family member. A great meal with friends. A profound experience at a church service. Or simply sitting in front of your fireplace after everyone else has gone to bed, maybe with a nice pour of your favorite adult beverage, and being thankful for all the good things that happened this year. You. Are. Awesome.
