Hello friends! This week, my marketing related video is about thanking your clients this holiday season.
It all starts with hand written thank you cards. Have you have being doing holiday cards for years with digital versions of staff signatures on them (in bulk)? My encouragement this year is to pick your top clients by revenue and actually write a thoughtful thank you card. You can thank them for their friendship, their business, and the fact that their commitment to you allows you to make a living. It matters, right?
There are tons of gift ideas. I prefer Blue Gurus swag that is useful like ice scrapers, bottle openers, chip clips, coffee mugs, etc. I also do Amazon gift cards and bottles of bourbon for the clients that I know love bourbon.
