Here are three technical housekeeping things to do in 2022!

Hello, friends. Thanks for tuning into this week’s Tech Tip. It’s 2022, so happy New Year! I thought it would make a lot of sense to talk about three things that you might consider doing to start the year off right that comes related to technology. I hope you will take 5 minutes to watch this video. These are public service announcements and you might find one of them really helpful!

Here is a quick summary of what I cover in this video:

1) Update your LinkedIn profile

If you haven’t updated your About Section on LinkedIn for more than a year… now is the time. And I took my own advice and added “Bourbon Hunter” to my professional headline. It’s a fun hobby… and I really enjoy sharing Bourbon with friends, family, peer groups and anyone else that enjoys a good pour.

2) Review your recurring credit card charges

If you are like me, you don’t always review every charge on your credit card monthly statement. So if you haven’t taken a good look in a while, maybe now is the time. I shaved a few hundred dollars of recurring charges off of my personal and business credit cards by canceling services I don’t use/need.

3) Change your passwords and consider adopting a password manager
