A lot of people are starting to dip their toes in the water when it comes to making videos. And one of the easiest ways to start is by using your smartphone. But there’s a small problem… recording audio.
By default, your smartphone will do a pretty good job of recording audio in a quiet room. But when you add a little ambient noise, someone talking, or even a large room that echoes… your sound will quickly start to suffer.
The answer is the audio. People will get past poor video way before they will continue to watch a video with crappy audio.
In my YouTube video this week, I show you a simple setup that you can use with your smartphone to make your videos a little more professional, especially from an audio perspective, without breaking the bank.
