Enhanced Name Tags for Zoom (AI Nametags by Warmly)

Hello friends! This week, I wanted to share with you a feature in Zoom that will significantly enhance your name tag while you are in Zoom meetings. I know we are all tired of Zoom meetings, but they are still necessary and an integral part of work for many.

There is an app for Zoom called AI Name Tages by Warmly. This is an app that any Zoom user can install, but there are various levels of free/paid versions. If you aren’t currently paying for Zoom, your options are more limited but still worth checking out. I have a paid version of Zoom, and everything I am going to show you today is included with a paid Zoom account. There is also a paid version of the app, but I didn’t need that because I can do everything I want to do with the version included in the paid Zoom account.

Basically, this app lets you set up a name tag in the bottom of your Zoom window that has your name, position, logo, bio, LinkedIn link and more. You can also do a nice color gradient to spice things up a bit. If you take 5 minutes to watch my video this week, I will show you exactly how to set it up!
