We started working with Jason Andrews and GroupSource in 2016. Jason had just purchased the business. We were connected by a mutual friend that I scuba dive with.
Often, a new relationship starts with LinkedIn training or a website project. In this case, we provided on-site LinkedIn training to Jason’s team.
The next project was to rebuild the website. The old website was out of date, not mobile friendly, and hard to update. We solved all of these problems in a single web development day.
We simplified the web form where new clients sign up. The previous form was incredibly long and a barrier to entry. Jason noticed right away that they were signing up clients faster than before and the simplified signup form was a big part of that positive change.
